Advantages and tips for affiliate marketing
Affiliate marketing is based on the principle of win-win so both the supplier and affiliate have to win. Because it was a great uproar in the blogosphere on related systems I have created a list of benefits for each party.
Affiliate benefits
1. There are no production cost
The affiliate promotes a business already set on foot. There are no costs for production or delivery of products promoted. This is a massive advantage.

2. There are no start up cost
Registration in related systems is free. After registration you have access to thousands of products that can promote. Try to choose only products that match your site.
3. Freedom how to promote / Customization
Whether you have a blog or other site must know your visitors. You need to know what they want from your site and know how to get close to them. With affiliate marketing you are free to choose how you approach your visitors. You can create an original banner, dedicated to 100% of your visitors or use a vendor's banner. You can write a review about a specific product in its own language used on forums and not one used by the provider on the site (which contains many marketing messages).

4. Minimum Risk
Whether or not you make a profit by this method have nothing to lose. The investment is minimal. If you already have advertising space on the site will lose money on a month for that space. If you have a blog and write reviews then you don’t lose anything!
5. Profit more than in systems like Adsense
Earnings per share, or percentage of sales is usually higher than the earnings per click that you get from an Adsense ad. A click of the Adsense content network brings you a few cents, I don’t think is more than $ 1 (if I'm wrong, please correct me), while the cost per share is often more than a few dollars. Do not forget to take into account that most providers offer the option of recurring sales for a certain period of time.
Affiliate tips
Analyzes product or store before you promote. Do not jump head first to promote anything. Spend time to have documented.Your website content must be related to the advertised product. Do not use banners if the product is not relevant to your site. Use better reviews, recommendations.
Supplier is a positive image? Read opinions on the forums who have bought from the supplier. Know the promoted product quality. They have a product return policy if defects exist?
The price of the promoted product is ok? Compare with other advertised product on the market. Most likely a potential buyer will do the same. If he will find that product in another store at a lower price then you are struggling in vain.

Choose to start with a single product. Do not stifle the content of your site with banners to all related sites in the hope that one of 10 banners will still sell so better try to "squeeze"with a single product than a hundred because there might be more credible.
The fact that you fill your site with banners affiliate link is most likely to have a negative impact on your visitors and you risk losing even loyal visitors.

Affiliate marketing is all about convincing people that they need a particular product or service by showing the benefits.

Supplier benefits
Affiliate marketing is for providers who want to sell their products and services online. The supplier has to define what is a conversion and when it happens - eg sale, completing a form.

1. Payment per share

Payment for hits: Supplier pays a site depending on the number of hits to its advertising. The big disadvantage is that the payment is done even if those who have not seen the advertisement clicked on it (so they are not interested in the advertised product).

Pay per click: The supplier pays for each click on an advertising site or a number of visitors sent to the website. The disadvantage is that it pays even if visitors do not buy anything.
With affiliate marketing, supplier pays for each customer or sale brought by an affiliate. If a site sends 20,000 visitors to your site and one person buy the advertised product, you pay only for that person! If the affiliate is not sending quality visitors, the supplier does not pay anything.
2. Fixed costs
The supplier sets a cost for each conversion. The cost can be a fixed amount or a percentage of sales on the site.
3. Visibility

More people that promotes your product or service means in the same time more traffic for your site.

Suppliers tips:
Encourage online sales! Since you have a site and have applied to an affiliate program do not just put in front your telephone numbers. Use and messages like "Buy Online", offer discounts for purchases online, offer coupons for affiliates.
